MeetMe

HQ Phone 1 User is a frequent Meet-Me conference initiator who has requested a dedicated Meet-Me conference button on the 6th line of the phone for easier access,shown in the screen shot below. 

In addition to the MeetMe button, this user also required name announcement for participants joining the conference.While announcement is not a native feature of the CUCM Meet-Me conference,your company's UC solution architect tipped out that you can provision a solution using the Cisco Unity Connection server. The Meet-Me number assigned to HQ Phone 1 is 2501.For all other participants who dial this number to join the conference,they should first be prompted to record their name with "Who may I say is calling ",followed by a transfer to the Meet-Me conference.Participants already in the conference should hear the recorded name prior to any new participants enter. 

If the conference is not active,the call should be transferred to HQ Phone 1 at extension 2001.Make sure the Meet-Me number (+14082022501) can be called directly from the PSTN,also use DSP resources on R1 to facilitate Meet-Me conference.
